Ascension Lutheran Preschool is happy to offer the Lunch Bunch Program to all of our Preschool and Pre-K students. Lunch Bunch is offered on Monday through Friday, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. It gives the children at opportunity to eat lunch brought from home and to enjoy some unstructured play time together. The cost is $3.00 per day if you commit to one or more days per week, or $5.00 per day if used on an occasional or drop in basis. Sign-up sheets are located in the office window. Children are to use the Lunch Bunch Program only on the days they are attending school.
Out of courtesy, please be on time to pick up your child. We will charge a late fee of $1.00 per minute if parents arrive after 12:30 pm.
You should bring your child's lunch in a clearly labeled lunch box or bag. Lunches will be refrigerated. Children will not be allowed to share food with their friends. Due to several of our students having severe peanut allergies, we ask that no peanut butter be packed in Lunch Bunch lunches. We will send home any uneaten food so you will know what your child is and is not eating.
Lunch Bunch is a wonderful opportunity for children to work on those all important social skills while offering parents some flexibility in their schedule as it allows for later pick-up time for morning students and an earlier arrival time for afternoon students.
